Differences in nutritional values of the same product in different pack sizes are most likely due to each size being perpared and packaged from different batches. We test our products at a minimum of every 12 months to obtain up-to-date nutritional data. This ensures that the information we provide is complete and remains correct over time.
Differences in macro and micro-nutrient values can be caused by a number of factors, including naturally occurring factors over which we have no control, such as rainfall and sunlight during farming. This can result in inevitable differences in taste and texture from batch-to-batch, but rest assured all of our products are rigorously tested, free of contaminants and allergens, and our nutritional information is accurate. The results shown on the pack are the minimum amounts that were found at the point of testing.
