If you change your mind and want to return some or all of the items you have received, you can return them to us by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order. In this instance, we can only accept items that have been unopened and with the tear-strip intact, or jars/tubs where the lid seal is unopened.
To return an item, you must notify us within 30 days of the item being dispatched to you. You can contact us using the Help button on the website or by sending us an e-mail at support@sevenhillswholefoods.com. Please include your order number in the message so we can process your return more quickly.
Please do not return items to us without contacting us in advance, as this may lead to delays in processing the return and issuing a refund.
