We advise a usage of up to 15g per day only as a suggestion. This is due to the high proportion of dietary fibre within the product. Too much fibre in your diet can lead to  digestive issues, so to avoid this, we suggest that our customers consume a quantity that should avoid these symptoms. However, these are only suggested servings, so if you have experience with consuming this product in larger quantities without experiencing side-effects, then you should have no issues continuing to do so.
