Our berries and berries from other brands may clump as a result of high temperatures and humidity. To prevent clumping the berries should be stored at temperatures below 20°C outside of direct sunlight, heat and outside elements. If refrigerated at 0-5°C, it is better.
If the berries do fuse together, it is recommended that you store them in the fridge for a few days and then proceed to break them up or shake the packet to do so. This should help to separate the berries. Please note that goji berries that have fused together are still safe to eat and that this is a normal occurrence with this type of berry.
