Quinoa grains are similar to rice, so according to various articles online, cooking is done in the same way; 1 part Quinoa Grain to 2 parts water. Rinse the Quinoa in a  sieve until the water runs clear, drain and transfer to a medium pot. Add 2 cups of water and a little salt and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium low and simmer until the water is absorbed (15 to 20 minutes). Set aside off the heat for 5 minutes; uncover and fluff with a fork.
