Yes, you can use our Coconut flour in a bread maker.  However, due to the lack of gluten in the product, you may find that you need to add more water into your recipe. The omission of gluten means that for normal use, the flour cannot be used as a 1:1 substitute for regular flour, and more liquid is required to achieve the right texture in your cooking.
