Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Chaga Mushroom Powder is made from Ionotus obliquus. A birch fungus, Chaga grows on living trunks of mature birch trees, most commonly found in colder climates. It resembles a dark clump of dirt more than a mushroom, but is distinguishable from other fungi by its orange tissue. Our Chaga powder consists of only powdered Chaga Mushroom with nothing else added to it.
