We sell two varieties of Matcha Green tea.
The Ceremonial variety is the premium one and is almost exclusively consumed as a drinking tea. We recommend adding 1-2g to a cup of hot but not boiling water and whisk until a green froth appears on the surface.
The Classic variety is more bitter and is often used as a food ingredient due to the taste and it also being more economical. However, the Classic variety can also be enjoyed as a tea.
