We package orders to provide the best protection possible to the contents of each package. However, in some rare cases some items in your order may reach you in a damaged condition. 

If one or more items arrives damaged, you must notify us within 30 days of the item being dispatched to you. You can contact us using the Help button on the website or by sending us an e-mail at support@sevenhillswholefoods.com, where we will be happy to assist you.

Please do not dispose of damaged items right away, as we may need you to send them back to us, at our cost, so we can investigate the cause. Where possible, please provide us with a photo of the damaged items as an attachment to your message and include your order number so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Please do not return items to us without contacting us in advance, as this may lead to delays in issuing a refund.
